Intermediate Project ManagerPosition Summary: Halff has immediate openings for an intermediate Project Manager in Panama City Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will bring civil engineering design experience with a focus in Public Works, Land Development experience working with, or for, public and private sector clients. The successful candidate should have experience working with a design team, coordinating with clients and leading delivery of civil engineering, transportation planning and/or design projects. In addition to project delivery responsibilities, candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage personnel, budgets, schedules, subconsultants and client interaction. The candidate will also work closely with the Team Leader and the Operation Manager in business development activities.Qualifications:Bachelor or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering preferredMinimum 4 -10 years of experience in civil, public works or transportation project deliveryP.E. license in the State of Florida or ability to obtain an FL PE within 6 months preferredAbility to lead a project, and supervise technical staffStrong communication skills, both written and verbalThe candidate should have a positive attitude, be self-directed yet a team player and a person of high character with a focus on quality, integrity and success.Company Overview:Halff is a full-service infrastructure consulting firm planned, designed, engineered, constructed — and purposed — for people.
