Job Description

At Paul Heywood Farmers Insurance Agenc y, were looking for a motivated Customer Service & Sales Representative who genuinely enjoys helping people, building strong relationships, and driving results as part of a high-performing team.

In this role, youll provide exceptional service to our clients, uncover their insurance needs, offer tailored solutions, and help protect families and local businesses while delivering real peace of mind. Youll combine outstanding customer care with consultative sales to make a meaningful impact every day.

Whether you have insurance experience or simply bring strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a drive to succeed in sales, were eager to train the right person whos ready to grow with us.

Responsibilities

Be the friendly, professional first point of contact for our clients
Help customers with billing questions, policy changes, renewals, and claims support
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up
Educate customers on coverage options that better protect their families and assets
Support the agency team with daily operations and client communication
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and strengthen customer accounts
Keep client information accurate and organized in agency systems
Deliver a customer experience that makes people excited to stay with our agency

Requirements

Someone who is dependable, positive, and people-oriented
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
A self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys learning
Customer service, retail, healthcare, banking, or office experience is a plus
Insurance experience is helpful, but not required we can train the right person
Licensing is preferred or willingness to become licensed after hire
