Role Description

As a Technical Project Manager with Business Analysis expertise, you'll lead the planning, coordination, documentation, and execution of multiple concurrent initiatives across product, automation, operations, marketing technology, AI implementation, and digital transformation.

You will:

Lead multiple concurrent technology and business projects.
Develop project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams.
Monitor project health and proactively manage risks.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Business Analysis, Product Delivery, Program Management, or Digital Transformation.
Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
Experience managing technical and cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working with developers, designers, technical architects, and executive leadership.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment.

Requirements

Experience using AI to improve requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, documentation, functional specifications, meeting summaries, technical analysis, risk identification, workflow optimization, and knowledge management.
Experience using ChatGPT and other AI productivity tools is expected.

Benefits

Monthly Base Compensation: USD $1,000–$1,500 per month, depending on experience, technical capability, AI proficiency, business analysis expertise, and overall alignment with the role.
