Travel Med/Surg Telemetry RN - $2,000 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Job Description & Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience required
IV Start and Telemetry experience required

Responsibilities:

Provide care for pre/post cardiac procedures including cath, PPM, AICD, and Watchman procedures
Monitor and manage cardiac telemetry and arrhythmias
Administer and monitor cardiac drips such as Cardizem, Amiodarone, Dopamine, and Lasix
Manage arterial/venous sheaths and TIA patient population
Ensure accurate patient assessment, documentation, and adherence to unit protocols

Required Certifications & Licensure:
ACLS
BCLS
NIH
