Immediate Need: Certified Maintenance Technician

Looking for a hands-on maintenance professional ready to start quickly! BG Staffing is partnering with a reputable apartment community in Bastrop, TX 78602 and is hiring a Certified Maintenance Technician for an immediate opportunity.

Pay: $23/hr

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Start Date: 8/3/2026

Type: Contract or Contract-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily service requests and emergency repairs
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (EPA certification required)
Perform plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance work
Complete unit turns and make-ready projects
Help maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the community
Provide excellent service to residents and team members

Qualifications

EPA Certification Required
Previous multifamily/apartment maintenance experience preferred
Strong technical skills across multiple trades
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and efficiently
