Job Description Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer – Join our team to fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit. Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility and construct promotional displays. Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays. Order product via iPad Tablet for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz’ guidelines. Ensure sales representative plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service. Enhance seasonal sales through displays and new product launches. Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store. Who is a good fit? Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Positive, professional, self‑motivated and able to work independently. Can drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations (mileage reimbursed). Capable of hard work in a fast‑paced environment, lifting up to 50 lbs. as needed. Previous retail or grocery experience a plus. Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location (Hutchinson, KS) or secondary locations (McPherson, KS). Schedule availability: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; start by 7 am (Monday/Thursday start depends on truck arrival). Salary and Benefits Hourly rate ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 based on experience.
