After 20 years with The Andreae Group, one of our longtime sales associates recently retired — creating a rare opportunity for one new agent to join our team. We’re intentionally a small, close-knit team. In fact, every current member of our sales and support team has been with us for 5+ years . We’re not looking to build a large roster of agents — we’re looking for the right person to grow with us long term. We provide: Qualified buyer and seller leads, including Realtor.com opportunities CRM and proven follow-up systems Transaction and listing coordination Professional photography, marketing and advertising Social media and administrative support Coaching, mentorship and professional office space You bring the work ethic, communication skills and commitment to your clients. We provide the infrastructure to help you succeed. We’re looking for someone who is hardworking, personable, self-motivated, responsive and team-oriented. An active Florida real estate license is preferred, but we’re open to the right person willing to become licensed within 30–60 days.
