About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Reagan Plastic Surgery as a Front Desk Receptionist! In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere while supporting our skilled medical professionals.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Manage appointment scheduling and patient check-in/out processes efficiently.

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with accurate information.

Handle patient records and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Process payments accurately and efficiently.

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front office environment.

Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and communication.

Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare preferred.

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a medical setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff.

Proficient in using office software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor with a positive attitude.

Knowledge of medical terminology and processes is a plus.
