What You’ll Do Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals. Provide compassionate support while encouraging independence and dignity. Monitor residents’ well-being and promptly report changes or concerns. Engage with residents and help create meaningful, enjoyable moments throughout the day. Work closely with your team to provide consistent, personalized care. Maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents. What We’re Looking For A positive attitude and genuine desire to work with seniors. Dependable, compassionate, and patient. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to provide respectful and attentive care. Previous caregiving or senior living experience is helpful, but not required. We provide training!
