Molex is seeking a Change Management Engineer to lead ECO processes for optical transceiver products. You will coordinate cross-functional reviews with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customers to ensure changes are properly assessed, approved, and implemented. You will drive change management metrics, maintain configurations, and lead CRB activities while partnering with multiple teams to minimize impact on quality, delivery, and performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr Molex
