Assessment Technology Readiness Specialist

Key Responsibilities

- Guide school district staff through customer-approved device, browser, assessment client, and network connectivity checks.

- Troubleshoot installation, access, and configuration issues.

- Track technical readiness, document issues, and follow up through resolution or escalation.

- Conduct technical walkthroughs using customer-approved instructions and materials.

- Coordinate with the Project Manager to communicate technical issues, readiness status, and progress.

Qualifications

- Hands-on IT support experience with Windows, ChromeOS, web browsers, and network connectivity.

- Ability to troubleshoot remotely and clearly explain technical procedures to nontechnical users.

- Strong documentation, organizational, and follow-through skills.

- Experience supporting school districts or online assessment platforms preferred.

- Must reside and perform all work within the continental United States and be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
