Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs. \n
- Facilitate regular therapy sessions, offering both individual and group therapy as appropriate. \n
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address issues including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. \n
- Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet changing needs. \n
- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and community support resources to ensure holistic treatment. \n
- Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately in the EHR system to maintain compliance and continuity of care. \n
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to refine skills and enhance service quality. \n
This role requires a compassionate and culturally competent approach to therapy, as you will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n- \n
- A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia. \n
- A minimum of four years of relevant counseling experience with a strong foundation in diagnostic and therapeutic techniques. \n
- In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities. \n
- Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for building strong therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds. \n
- Proficiency in electronic health records systems and computer applications essential for therapy documentation and management. \n
- A solid commitment to ethical guidelines, confidentiality, and professional integrity in all interactions. \n
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to contribute positively to a multidisciplinary team. \n
Experience in providing both individual and group therapy in a diverse and inclusive setting is highly valued. Additional training in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care will be considered a significant asset. Compensation and Benefits\nThe salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
