Beyond offering logistics jobs, we build careers and fuel the future of foodservice distribution.​ What You'll Do: You'll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you're loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you'll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly — from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time In This Role, You'll: Work in the Freezer and Cooler for long periods throughout the day Lifting anywhere between 5 - 75 pounds, possibly on a consistent basis. Safely operates all material handling equipment such as electric pallet jacks Use Vo-Collect headset Palletize and stage product in the warehouse Selectors will be responsible for receiving, selecting, storing and loading products Maintains a clean work area consistent with company standards What You'll Bring Have reliable transportation The ability to operate electric pallet jacks Able to use Vo-Collect headsets Work in the Freezer and Cooler Make your schedule shift Not have attendance issues physically capable to lift between 5 - 50 pounds Schedule & Setting: 3PM - 130AM (Sunday to Wednesday) 4 Days on 3 Days off (will need to have weekend flexibility) Multi-Temp Zone (Dry, Freezer, and Cooler) Have the ability to work holidays Pay & Benefits: $19.99/hr., can make up to $38/hr. in performance incentives Weekly Pay (Every Friday) Health Insurance Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Voluntary Insurance (Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Legal, Life, and AD&D); Pet Insurance Retirement Benefits: 401(k) Paid Time Off: You'll accrue up to 80 hours of vacation in your first year, with time available to use after completing 12 months of continuous employment Paid Holidays: 6 calendar holidays, plus 3 floating holidays per year.
