Lot Associate
The Home Depot
Overview Lot Associates assist customers with the loading of their vehicles and monitor and maintain the entrance of the store. They are responsible for maintaining a sufficient quantity of carts near the entrance. This position interacts with Home Depot associates and customers, and customer service plays a vital role as Lot Associates are often the first and last associates to interact with customers as they enter or leave the store. Direct customer interaction is frequently required for some positions and excellent customer service skills are required. Responsibilities Assist customers with loading their vehicles and monitor and maintain the entrance of the store. Maintain a sufficient quantity of carts near the entrance of the store. Interact with Home Depot associates and customers. Provide excellent customer service, as Lot Associates are often the first and last associates customers interact with. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills; direct customer interaction is frequently required for some positions.
