If you are ready to take your legal career to the next level and be part of a culture-first driven organization that's changing the world, apply now!What you will experience...A fast-paced, collaborative team-oriented environment that encourages everyone to bring their authentic self to work every day.Professional development for career growth and advancement.Competitive compensation with a full selection of benefits, including company-matching 401k contributions and 20 days of paid time off + holidays + birthdays.What you will do...Serve as a key member of the Legal Team, proactively supporting legal initiatives and stepping in as needed to assist with task execution and problem-solvingSupport compliance with corporate policies, internal procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements, including staying current on healthcare technology industry standardsCoordinate and manage cross-functional legal requests with internal teams including Finance, People, Operations, Product, and SalesSupport corporate governance, entity management, intellectual property administration, including maintenance of corporate records, assistance with entity lifecycle and compliance matters, and tracking and organization of the Company's intellectual property portfolioConduct legal research and prepare memoranda, summaries, and tracking materials on corporate, regulatory and compliance-related matters to support legal analysis and decision-makingPrepare, organize, manage, and track commercial contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, vendor agreements, renewals, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and confidentialityAssist with maintaining legal templates, standard forms, and internal guidance materials to support efficiency and consistencyCoordinate with outside counsel, registered agents, and other service providers on corporate, compliance, and transactional matters as directedMaintain and support legal systems and trackers, including contract repositories, entity management tools, and compliance calendarsPerform additional legal and administrative duties as assigned by the legal teamWhat you will bring...Bachelor's degree requiredParalegal certification preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, with a strong preference for experience in a corporate legal environmentThis is a 100% on-site position in our Dallas office - this is not a remote roleProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related productivity toolsDemonstrated experience supporting corporate governance, contract management, and compliance-related mattersAbility to manage multiple tasks, exercise sound judgment, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skillsHighly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentationExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across the organizationProven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality while delivering high-quality work under tight deadlinesExperience with contract management or legal operations software is a plusCandidate must reside in Dallas or within a commutable distance from our Dallas office, as this is not a remote role.
