Home Health Caregiver Position

Modani Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Caregiver to provide exceptional in-home care services to seniors and adults in need of support with daily living in Springfield, MO. As a Home Health Caregiver, you will be part of a dedicated team that helps families navigate the complexities of care options, state-specific programs, and personalized support to ensure individuals can remain safe and comfortably at home.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one care to clients, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, cleaning, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, eating, and medications
Assist with mobility, transfers, and essential transportation
Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, including laundry and off-site cleaning as needed
Monitor and report any changes in client condition or needs to care coordinators
Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare providers
Work Environment:
Part-time schedule with flexible hours (exact schedule to be discussed during interview)
