Compensation:$40,000 yearly + bonus
Responsibilities:What you’ll do :
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and mentor agents; set attainable goals and metrics
- Analyze sales data and develop performance plans
- Improve scripts and oversee competitor/market research
What you bring (must-haves):
- Proven sales track record as individual contributor; 1+ year manager/team lead preferred
- Strong CRM and people-management skills
- Active Texas real estate license
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience scaling real estate teams

- Team production growth, improved agent retention, measurable KPI improvements
