Job Description – Retail Store Manager – Mentor, OH (260463) What you will do As a Store Manager you will run a high‑performing retail store, coach your team, and create an environment where relationships come before transactions. You will lead store success through smart execution and operational excellence, driving customer experience, sales and profitability. Full responsibility for store performance, including sales results, financial performance, merchandising, inventory, and staffing strategy. Hiring, talent development, and key people decisions in partnership with Leadership and HR. Daily operations that deliver revenue, productivity, and customer experience goals. Sales action plans that grow market impact and community presence. Performance analysis, trend identification, and operational improvements. Workforce planning, scheduling strategy, and labor management. Independent judgment in store‑level operational and employee relations decisions. Strategic partnership with leadership, including performance reporting and business insights. A culture of accountability, engagement, and compliance with company policies and applicable laws. What you will need High School Diploma required or equivalent. 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the wireless industry. A proven track record of successfully leading a store and delivering strong business results. Strong verbal and written communication skills to inspire a team and connect with guests. Solid business acumen with the ability to understand metrics, analyze performance, and drive results. Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and develop team members into top performers. Flexibility to work weekends and travel as needed to support the business. The ability to motivate Sales Representatives to meet and exceed performance expectations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items. Pay & Benefits Data Minimum Salary: $71,400 Maximum Salary: $100,800 Base pay range for this position reflects anticipated national data. Minimums and maximums may vary by location and are based on skills, experience and other relevant factors. The role includes competitive base pay, potential shift differential, overtime and bonus pay. Bonus eligibility is subject to active employment and compliance with company policies at the time of payout.
