Company Description Launch Music Lab is a Texas-based music publishing and artist development business dedicated to helping performing songwriters get their songs heard by wider audiences and industry professionals. Launch Music Lab focuses on nurturing songwriting talent, developing artists and their careers while offering resources that support music careers. Team members have the opportunity to work closely with artists, industry partners, and studios in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. Role Description This is an on-site venue role for a Brand Ambassador, based in Houston, TX. The Brand Ambassador will support Launch Music Lab’s presence at local events, showcases, and studio sessions by representing the company to songwriters, artists, and partners. Daily tasks include engaging with potential clients and collaborators, answering questions about services, distributing marketing materials, and gathering contact information and feedback. The role will also assist with social media amplification of events, basic content support, and coordinating with the internal team on branding initiatives. The Brand Ambassador will help maintain consistent brand messaging and ensure a welcoming, professional experience for all visitors and participants. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to engage respectfully and effectively with diverse artists, clients, and partners. Demonstrated Brand Ambassadorship and Brand Awareness skills, with an understanding of how to represent and promote a company’s image consistently. Clear, professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information about services, events, and opportunities. Interest in music, songwriting, or the broader music industry; prior experience in events, promotions, or street team work is a plus. Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working evenings or weekends for events as needed; ability to work collaboratively on-site in Houston, TX. High school diploma or equivalent required; current enrollment in or completion of a college program in marketing, communications, music, or a related field is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
