This is a business‑to‑business (B2B) sales role focused on generating new opportunities, building relationships with commercial customers, and supporting the sales process from initial outreach through project development. If you enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and creating opportunities while earning uncapped commissions, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do Prospect and develop new commercial business opportunities Contact business owners, facility managers, property managers, and decision‑makers Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-up activities Qualify leads and identify customer needs Schedule meetings and consultations for commercial energy projects Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline Update and manage customer activity within CRM software Collaborate with internal teams to support customer success Meet and exceed sales activity and performance goals What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented mindset Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software Preferred Qualifications Experience in sales, business development, customer service, lead generation, or appointment setting Experience in solar, HVAC, construction, energy, facilities management, or related industries Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar platforms Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to improve communication, prospecting, and productivity Experience selling B2B products or services Why Join Greenlink?
