Administrative Coordinator The Administrative Coordinator assists the Assistant Vice President of Regional Development and provides administrative and operational support to all Regional Development Directors. This includes managing scheduling, budgeting, correspondence, travel arrangements, expenses, event planning, reporting and database maintenance. The Administrative Coordinator will also serve as a primary point of contact for both internal and external constituencies, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across the advancement enterprise. Operations Specialist The Operations Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining an efficient inventory system for marketing materials, publications, and office supplies. This role supports large mailing efforts, coordinates events, liaises with vendors, and provides administrative support to the Admissions and Enrollment teams. Participates in on-call rotation. Gardener The Gardener performs the duties of a Sr. Groundskeeper, including snow removal and equipment operations associated with the maintenance of the campus grounds, and supports all campus wide events. In addition, the Gardener assists with the design, installation, and maintenance of campus landscapes and provides horticultural guidance. The incumbent also independently operates loaders and forklift, performs preventative maintenance of irrigation system and applies granular and/or liquid fertilizer to maintain healthy plant growth.
