What You'll Do As an Outside Sales Rep, you are the face of Strong Hold Insure in the field. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with business owners Meeting with company leaders to recommend benefit solutions Clearly and honestly explaining health insurance options and benefits Addressing client questions and concerns with professionalism and care Participating in sales meetings and ongoing training Assisting in training and developing other team members Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Home most nights Every day is different.
