Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Pennsylvania SLP License (or eligibility)
• ASHA CCC credential, or completion of CFY requirements
• Previous experience working with pediatric or elementary populations
• Familiarity with school-based processes (IEPs, assessments, collaboration)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy for an elementary caseload
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Conduct evaluations and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain clear, timely documentation of student progress
• Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Participate in team meetings and professional development
• Support students’ social, academic, and communication goals within the school environment

Position Details:

• Full-time contract, following school calendar
• Work hours: 8:20am-3:45pm, ideal for maintaining work-life balance
• Elementary school caseload
• Start date: August 24th
