Job Description

Qualifications:

Active Texas RN license
Minimum of 2 years nursing experience required
Hospice experience preferred, but not required
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

What You'll Do:

Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in their homes and care facilities
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Support patients and families through compassionate end-of-life care
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
