Customer Relationship Manager

Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, the full-time Customer Relationship Manager will manage service requests, performance reporting, and billing issue resolution while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main liaison for customer inquiries, providing updates and resolving issues related to service delivery Run daily reports from Field Services and customer portals to track service performance and compliance Manage preventative maintenance programs and handle billing issue resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 1-2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or service coordination (B2B preferred) Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365) and customer portals like Service Channel Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively across teams
