Registered Nurse - PACU

Minimum Experience: 1 year; 1st Timers are accepted

Patient Population: Adolescents to Geriatrics

Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS

Ratio / Census: 1:2

Unit Systems: Epic, Pyxis, SBAR

Scrub Color: Provided by the facility

RTO: MAX 7 days

Weekends: Every other weekend unless specified elsewhere

Floating: Yes, within facility/scope of practice as needed

Call Requirements: Yes, on call/back up weekdays and weekend rotation during a 6 week schedule. Requirements split between all staff.

Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both.
