Route Service Technician - Training Provided
Auto-Chlor is hiring a Route Service Technician to support restaurants and commercial kitchens throughout the Lubbock area. No industry experience is requiredwe provide paid training.
Lubbock, TX $21/hr + Overtime | First-Year Earnings $43K-$50K+
Looking for a hands-on career where you can work independently, learn technical skills, and build a long-term future?
What You'll Do:
- Service commercial dishwashing equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs
- Restock products at customer locations
- Troubleshoot equipment issues
- Build relationships with restaurant customers
- Drive a company vehicle throughout your route
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in any of the following is helpful:
- Construction
- HVAC
- Plumbing
- Maintenance
- Mechanical repair
- Automotive
- Appliance repair
- Equipment installation
- Hand tools and power tools
Pay & Schedule:
- $21/hr starting pay
- Typical 45+ hour workweek
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Company vehicle during business hours
- Paid training
- On-call rotation with additional compensation
