Job Description The Manager In Training program provides hands‑on training in Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management, and people management. This position has a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12‑18 months and supports the achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent is required. A valid driver’s license is required. Strong computer skills and multitasking skills are needed.
