Full-Time job opportunity with Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, PTO) . Door to Door Canvassers work 5 days a week, use a simple friendly pitch with people at the door, and set appointments for Free, No-Obligation Roof Exams . Each valid appointment set earns $100 Commission (Uncapped), and any appointment that closes (agrees to buy when the sales guy visits later) gains an additional $200 on top of the initial Commission (also Uncapped). Average Canvassers make $65k - $75k / year just by hitting their weekly goals (Hourly wages + expected Commissions).
Canvassers receive Full Training with Guidance , and are given a Ramp-Up Period to give them time to get the job down (Lead Goals are low and attainable).
Must be able to walk for several miles outside during each shift, in varying degrees of weather (we still work in mild to moderate weather, but not in Extremes). Canvassers must also be able to pass a Background Check .
Canvassers are an important job here, and proving you can do it opens up even more great opportunities with our company, such as Sales and Leadership. (You'll also get a tan and exercise on the job!)
