Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (Java & Python) Duration: 7+ Months IV Process : Video Interview Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer (Java & Python) to join a high-performing engineering team supporting enterprise-scale applications and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Python development, Kafka, distributed systems, and exposure to AI/ML integrations. This role requires a hands‑on engineer who can contribute across the full software development lifecycle, collaborate with stakeholders, support production environments, and drive delivery in an Agile environment. Required Qualifications 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience. Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture. Hands‑on experience with Python for backend development, automation, orchestration, or AI‑related applications. Proven experience working with Apache Kafka in production environments. Strong understanding of distributed systems, event‑driven architectures, REST APIs, and system integration. Experience supporting production releases, deployments, incident management, and RCA activities. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating AI/ML solutions, LLM APIs, or machine learning platforms into enterprise applications. Understanding of ML lifecycle concepts, including data preparation, feature engineering, model evaluation, and deployment. Experience with Kafka Streams, Apache Flink, or similar streaming technologies. Cloud platform experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP. Relevant cloud certifications are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
