Senior Benefits Specialist - Global Enrollment & Leave

The Wendy's Company is seeking a benefits specialist to manage employee inquiries regarding health and retirement plans. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree and several years of experience in employee benefits administration. Responsibilities include advocating for the employee experience, maintaining benefits data integrity, and managing vendor performance. The position is located at the Wendy's Restaurant Support Center in Dublin, OH, and it is expected that you work in the office at least 4 days a week.
