Part-Time Cart AttendantWhite Deer Golf Complex, located in Montgomery, PA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Cart Attendant. We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Role Type: Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less) Summary: As a key member of the property's golf operations team, the Cart Attendant reports directly to the General Manager or Golf Shop Supervisor and attends to the golf cart fleet as well as other duties as directed.Position Responsibilities:Maintains professional appearanceBrings carts from the cart barn in the morning and returns carts to the cart barn at the end of the dayCleans, waters, checks carts after each use and restocks as requiredCleans and maintains cart barnEnsures the carts are available for player use at all timesReceives and communicates complains to the Golf ShopWorks closely with Golf Shop staff to prepare and conduct golf tournamentsImplements and supports all course policies and programs as communicated by managementPerforms other duties as assigned by supervisor or managerQualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:Must have strong customer/guest orientationMust have strong communication and interpersonal skillsMust be dependableMust have friendly personality and enjoy working with the publicWorking knowledge of the rules of golf is preferredAbility to learn and enforce course policies, rules, and regulationsAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsAbility to use equipment and tools properly and safelyBenefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms:Healthcare Benefits – Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement)Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older)Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.About Troon: Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world's largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
