It’s Monday morning on first shift. You step onto a well-organized shop floor, review the day’s work instructions, and set up tools for safe, efficient operation. Throughout the day you support teammates, verify measurements, meet production targets, and keep your area clean and ready for the next build. Thursday afternoon, you wrap up the week’s orders and head into a three-day weekend.

• Monday–Thursday

• Contribute to daily shop and production activities
• Operate equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Follow documented work instructions and quality standards
• Keep a clean, orderly, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with your team to hit production goals

• 3+ years in manufacturing, shop, or production environments
• Consistent work history with strong tenure (2+ years at prior employers preferred)
• Dependable, team-first mindset
• Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn and improve
• Motivation for long-term growth and advancement

• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
• Hands-on mechanical assembly experience
• Applied shop math for precise work
• Background working in manufacturing environments
• Blueprint reading and interpretation
