This role sits at the intersection of marketing operations, CRM management, and sales enablement within a fast-moving healthcare technology environment. You will play a central role in maintaining and optimizing the systems that power demand generation and pipeline visibility across the business. Working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams, you will ensure data accuracy, campaign effectiveness, and seamless execution of go-to-market initiatives. The position blends analytical thinking with hands-on execution, requiring someone comfortable moving between strategy, tooling, and day-to-day operational tasks. You will also help expand the use of modern AI tools to improve workflows and scale marketing impact. This is a highly collaborative role where curiosity, ownership, and precision directly influence business growth and customer engagement.

Accountabilities:

Own and maintain CRM operations using HubSpot, ensuring data integrity, workflow accuracy, and reliable automation across marketing and sales systems.

• Manage day-to-day CRM configuration, including workflows, lead routing, segmentation, and campaign attribution.
• Clean, structure, and maintain high-quality data across databases and integrations to support accurate reporting and decision-making.
• Build and deliver dashboards and performance reports to track campaign effectiveness and pipeline health.
• Support marketing campaigns including paid media initiatives, product launches, webinars, and events.
• Assist sales teams with enablement materials, presentations, and pipeline insights derived from CRM data.
• Experiment with new marketing tools and AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support content creation, demand generation, and go-to-market execution.

Requirements:

This role requires a detail-oriented and curious professional with early experience in marketing operations or business analytics, capable of managing systems and supporting growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales operations, or business operations roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot in an operational or analytical capacity.
• Strong communication skills, both written and interpersonal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and reliability in managing systems and data.
• Comfort working across multiple priorities and adapting quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools, CRM ecosystems, or digital advertising platforms is a plus.
• Interest in AI tools and willingness to integrate them into daily workflows to improve efficiency.
• Experience in B2B or healthcare environments is a plus but not required.
