We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution. OverviewThis Senior Specialist, Product Management will support the commercialization and sales expansion of Operational Intelligence products across one of the five global regions. The role will focus on driving product adoption, identifying customer pain points, supporting sales enablement, and contributing to the development of commercialization strategies. The individual will work closely with regional Advisors & Consulting Services(AC&S) teams and the Global Product Management team to ensure alignment between product capabilities and market needs.The Role •Collaborate with AC&S organization to support product commercialization efforts and drive customer engagement•Assist in identifying short-term and long-term whitespace opportunities and new use cases based on customer feedback and market trends•Support internal and external partnership initiatives to accelerate go-to-market efforts•Contribute to pricing strategy discussions and help quantify product value for customers•Monitor product adoption and usage metrics, and support initiatives to improve customer engagement•Assist in developing KPIs and tools to track commercialization success•Contribute to the creation of region-specific commercial constructs and go-to-market strategies•Develop customer value narratives and case studies to support sales conversations•Partner with regional teams to create and deliver sales training materials•Build strong working relationships across cross-functional teams to support commercialization goalsAll About You•Experience in Product/Solution commercialization with a focus on go-to-market, pricing, and sales enablement for technology solutions (e.g. AI, SaaS, API's, FinTech) •Possess customer orientation and commercial acumen•Ability to support strategic product initiatives and contribute to business transformation•Analytical mindset with a focus on solving customer problems and supporting sales efforts•Understanding of competitive landscape and industry trends•Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities•Adept communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experienceNice To Haves: •Experience in payments or financial services is preferred•Prior experience in strategy consulting or product commercialization is beneficial•Exposure to API and AI-based product commercialization is a plusMastercard is a merit-based, inclusive, equal opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
