Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable independent contractor to carry out skilled maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical work, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance, and be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks around the property.

• Install, replace, and repair various appliances, fixtures, and equipment.

• Conduct electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work as needed.

• Utilize an Ohmmeter to diagnose and fix electrical issues.

• Perform carpentry tasks, including cabinet installation and furniture assembly.

• Paint, stain, and finish various surfaces.

• Perform yard work, including lawn mowing, trimming, and landscaping.

• Complete maintenance projects efficiently and to a high standard.

• Work independently or as part of a team.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:

• A strong background in maintenance work, including carpentry, electrical work, and plumbing.

• The ability to lift and carry heavy objects, as well as stand for extended periods.

• Proficiency with an Ohmmeter and the ability to diagnose and fix electrical issues.

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality work.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse backgrounds.

• Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.

• Own tools and transportation required.

• Ability to take pictures and use smartphones effectively.

• Experience: 5-25 years in relevant markets.

Compensation:

We offer competitive pay, including $0.30 per mile for travel and $25 per hour for on-site work.We are committed to offering a highly competitive compensation package designed to fairly reward the skill and dedication of our team members. Our pay structure is transparent and includes separate rates for travel and on-site labor.

• On-Site Work Rate: We provide an excellent hourly rate of $25 per hour for all work performed at the job site. This rate is reflective of the expertise and effort required to execute high-quality construction and labor tasks.
• Travel Reimbursement: To compensate for the time and expense associated with traveling to and from job sites, we offer a generous mileage reimbursement rate of $0.30 per mile. This ensures that team members are appropriately compensated for their necessary travel time, making out-of-pocket costs negligible.
