Mobile Harm Reduction Outreach Specialist

Cornerstone Family Healthcare in Newburgh, NY is seeking a Prevention Specialist to join our mobile van-based outreach program. You will provide syringe support, harm reduction education, counseling, and referrals to PWUD/PWID in the Mid-Hudson region, including Dutchess, Ulster, Orange, Sullivan counties and the Newburgh Hub. The role requires an Associate’s Degree with experience in harm reduction, outreach, and community resources; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
