Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to identify the strengths and needs of clients, allowing for the development of tailored treatment plans. \n
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy. \n
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure comprehensive mental health care. \n
- Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records that comply with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems. \n
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health treatment through continued education and actively participating in professional development opportunities. \n
You will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, each seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship dynamics. By employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, you will meet clients where they are and adapt interventions to best serve their unique circumstances and needs.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory. \n
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado. \n
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing counseling services, ideally within a clinical or outpatient setting. \n
- Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal regulations pertinent to counseling practice. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport and fostering therapeutic relationships with clients. \n

- Specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse counseling, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable. \n
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary team, contributing toward collaborative treatment planning. \n
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and clinical documentation software. \n

- Competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. \n
