Out-of-State applicants will not be considered for the position. ** Must be comfortable being hybrid in the Columbus office 2 days/week** Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Specialist, your day will include: Building Relationships: Provide exceptional customer service while building meaningful relationships with customers across the U.S. Solving Complex Inquiries: Assist customers with a variety of complex questions, from financial matters to general insurance queries. Guiding Decision-Making: Play a pivotal role in helping customers make informed decisions about their financial needs. Collaborating and Succeeding: Support team success through daily meetings and strong cooperation. Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree Ideal Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years preferred in customer service (Call center experience is a plus!) No Licensing Needed: No prior licensing or insurance experience required. Career Ambition: A strong desire to build and advance your career.
