$14 - $15 hourly plus tips

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of food and beverage professionals to deliver exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
• Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring efficiency and adherence to our high standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement innovative menu offerings that delight our guests.
• Manage inventory and ordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, fostering a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
• Train and mentor team members, promoting professional growth and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance guest satisfaction across the board.

Qualifications:

• Experience in leading and managing teams in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
• Ability to inspire and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Proven track record of overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to high standards.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with culinary teams on innovative menu development.
• Proficiency in inventory management and ordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe environment.
• Experience in training and mentoring team members to promote professional growth and continuous improvement.
