Investments Assistant

The Investment Assistant builds and maintains strong customer and employee relationships. Will assist with general administrative support for the Investment Department in an accurate and professional manner. Will provide unmatched customer service and exhibit and uphold Cornerstone Bank culture, core values and mission. Job Duties: Provide general administrative support for the Investment Department. Schedule appointments for prospect/clients. Assist with opening of investment accounts. Answer prospect/client inquiries. Process sale of commission and fee-based products. Maintain investment client files. Provide telephone/receptionist support for department. All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Equivalent to a high school education minimum. One year of post-secondary education in business or 1-3 years banking or related experience preferred. Working knowledge of personal computers and the suite of Microsoft Office products. Must be accurate and detail oriented. Ability to work in a team atmosphere and independently. Ability to interact effectively with customers, management and co-workers.
