Job Overview:

As a Restaurant Manager at BRG, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, and leading a team committed to hospitality excellence. You will work closely with our culinary and service teams to maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and efficiency while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations , ensuring a seamless and efficient service.
Lead, train, and mentor front-of-house staff , fostering a positive and professional work environment.
Deliver an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards of hospitality, service, and product knowledge.
Work closely with the culinary team to ensure menu execution and adherence to BRG’s quality standards .
Monitor and manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations .
Assist with marketing, promotions, and community engagement to drive business growth.
Handle guest feedback, resolve issues, and uphold BRG’s commitment to customer satisfaction .
Support recruitment, scheduling, and staff development to build a high-performing team.

Qualifications & Experience:

2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume or fine dining environment.
Passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of food, beverage, and service excellence .
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team .
Strong financial acumen and experience with cost controls, inventory management, and budgeting .
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with POS systems, reservations, and restaurant management software is a plus.
