Scheduling Specialist

We're hiring for Pomaria SC

$14-$20 hourly (based on experience)

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. A 7:30 AM start may be needed once or twice weekly, with some overtime in busy season

Join Wilson's Refrigeration & Air as a Scheduling Specialist and play a key role in coordinating daily service operations for a trusted HVAC and refrigeration company that has proudly served the Midlands for nearly 40 years.

What We're Looking For

Previous scheduling, dispatching, or customer service experience is preferred
Experience in the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other service trades is a plus
Good multitasking and organizational abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using computer
Experience with any scheduling software is a plus
Positive attitude
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced office environment

Main Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate daily service appointments
Assign technicians based on availability, location, and priority
Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and updates
Adjust schedules throughout the day to accommodate emergencies and changes
Work closely with technicians and office staff to maximize efficiency
Maintain accurate scheduling records and customer information
Deliver outstanding customer service over the phone and by email
