Job Title: Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician

We are looking for a Maternal-Fetal Medicine physician to become part of our well-established and collaborative practice in Lancaster, PA. Our team is dedicated to offering high-quality, comprehensive care to a diverse patient base within a supportive and team-oriented atmosphere.

Practice Highlights

• Team Composition: 3 MFM physicians, 4 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and an on-site genetic counselor.
• Work Schedule: 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts to promote work-life balance.
• Patient Demographics: Engaging with a diverse range of complex and rewarding cases.
• Work Environment: A collaborative culture with robust support from both physicians and APPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-risk obstetric care across the full spectrum of maternal-fetal medicine.
• Conduct consultations, manage outpatient care, and perform necessary procedures.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including genetic counselors, OB/GYN specialists, neonatologists, and support staff.
• Engage in teaching, mentoring, and quality improvement initiatives as opportunities arise.

Minimum Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
• Eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
