You’ll join a team that values reliability, accountability, safety, and honesty , and you’ll play a direct role in protecting the environment and supporting local communities. $25.75–$28.96/hour, based on experience Weekly pay Vacation accrual starting day one Comprehensive health insurance options 401(k) with company match Dental and vision insurance options Annual boot allowance (up to $200) Prescription safety glasses reimbursement (up to $400) Identity theft protection option $100 annual company store allowance Essential Functions Cleaning and preparing construction sites Loading and unloading materials and equipment Digging trenches, compacting earth, and backfilling holes Operating and tending miscellaneous heavy equipment Support daily operations as directed by the superintendent Required Skills and Qualifications Experience Experience as a general laborer in the construction industry Certifications Heavy equipment certifications are a plus Requirements Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and lifting Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
