Outpatient Mental Health Therapistand Hybrid Outpatient/School-Based Mental Health Therapist Opportunity AvailableFull-time or Part-time *SIGN-ON BONUS*TEAMCare is seeking a PA licensed or licensed eligible Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team of caring and collaborative staff. What You Will Do: Provide weekly clinical, therapeutic services to individual patients and families that include individual, family, & group therapy, crisis intervention, advocacy, diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and discharge planningParticipate in interdisciplinary teamwork and work with community providers as neededComplete timely and satisfactory documentation of all treatment efforts and progress which adheres to standards and regulations set forth by the Agency, State, and the respective licensing board Maintain ethical standards per licensure and for performing services in a professional manner that is congruent with the mission and values of the AgencyReport timely, as scheduled, to client appointments, via non-company provided transportation adhering to HIPAA regulationsAttendance at regular supervision meetings with Clinical SupervisorWhy Join TEAMCare?At TEAMCare, we combine compassionate care with professional excellence.
