Responsibilities Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues across a range of vehicle systems Utilizing advanced diagnostics tools and OEM technology to ensure accurate assessments and repairs Following company guidelines and procedures for efficient and effective service Partner with Service Advisors to communicate recommended repairs and timelines clearly to customers Maintaining a clean, safe and organized work environment and maintain all company guidelines Collaborating with team members to improve productivity and customer satisfaction Requirements Proven experience as a Master Technician or advanced role as automotive tech Strong technical knowledge of modern vehicle systems, diagnostic protocols and repair techniques Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and in a high preforming team environment Valid driver's license ASE certifications strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain) What we offer Relocation assistance for out of area candidates Competitive pay + Bonus potential Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities Full benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) and paid time off Supportive leadership and a strong team culture State of the art Facilities and tools Shottenkirk Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
