Warehouse Associate (Days)

Work Location Type Onsite Compensation This hourly position pays $20 per hour, with three raises over 12 months to $21.20 per hour. Plus an additional $1 per hour for powered industrial equipment (PIE) operators. Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage starts on day one. Responsibilities Perform tasks associated with receipt, storage, and shipment of product while meeting productivity, quality, safety, behavioral, and attendance expectations. Use established procedures, tools, and technology to complete inbound and outbound processes. Safely perform warehouse functions (unloading, put‑away, sorting, labeling, picking, packing, replenishing, auditing, shipping, making boxes, etc.) while meeting performance expectations. Comply with policies, guidelines, safety regulations (OSHA, hazardous materials) during storage, handling, and movement of product. Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment through housekeeping duties. Actively participate in process improvements using the company’s quality system. Qualifications Minimum of 6–12 months of warehouse or related experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to tolerate heat, cold, noise, dust, and working around moving equipment. Ability to meet productivity, quality, safety, and attendance requirements, including overtime as required. Capability to lift continuously up to 75 pounds and operate warehouse vehicles and material handling equipment. Experience operating PIE equipment such as Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett, and Turret Truck. Ability to work at various elevated stations and operate computerized scanning equipment. Team player who collaborates with supervisors, process managers, and other associates.
