You will receive a 15% shift differential for working on the night shift.Job Description:The Manufacturing Supervisor leads and develops a team of manufacturing technicians in a high‑volume, high‑precision FormFactor semiconductor fab environment. This role is responsible for executing daily production plans, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and driving continuous improvement across assigned shifts or production areas.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Production & OperationsLead daily manufacturing operations to meet throughput, quality, cost, and cycle‑time objectives.Execute production schedules, capacity plans, and work priorities across assigned tools and processes.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including yield, equipment utilization, scrap, and on‑time delivery.Escalate and coordinate resolution of production issues impacting safety, quality, or output.People LeadershipDirectly supervise and develop a team of manufacturing technicians and operators.Conduct daily shift meetings, performance check‑ins, coaching, and corrective action as needed.Execute hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and timekeeping activities.Complete formal performance reviews and succession development planning.Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Quality, Safety & ComplianceEnforce compliance with safety procedures, cleanroom protocols, and EHS standards.Ensure adherence to ISO, quality system, and fab operating procedures.Participate in audits, corrective actions, and root‑cause investigations.Champion safe work practices and immediate response to safety incidents.Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, yield, and cycle time using Lean / Six Sigma principles.Lead kaizen events, standard work creation, and process improvement initiatives.Partner cross‑functionally with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Planning teams.Communication & CollaborationServe as the primary point of coordination between technicians, engineers, and management.Communicate production status, risks, and corrective actions clearly and proactively.Support change management initiatives and implementation of new tools or processes.Farmers Branch, TXBenefits offered for this role include medical, dental, vision, EAP, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending and savings accounts, 401(k), ESPP and paid time off.Skills:Cleanroom Operations, Continuous Improvement Plans, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Lean Manufacturing Principles, Operations Problem Solving, People Leadership, Semiconductor ManufacturingEducation & Experience:Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience | RequiredEqual Employment Opportunity StatementFormFactor is an equal opportunity employer.
