New Bern, NC, US Overview At Southeastern Integrated Care (SEIC), our mission is “to improve the lives we serve with comprehensive integrated health services, not bound by convention.” We are seeking a PT Licensed Clinician (LCSW-A or LCMHC-A) in New Bern, NC, to drive the direction of care for the individuals we serve. This is a part-time (PT) position with flexible hours. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat mental health conditions as part of the Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT). Use a variety of techniques and approaches to achieve goals, within a collaborative care team to provide comprehensive care and improve mental health and overall well-being. Provide services in homes, offices, or community locations (community-based). Conduct assessments (CCAs) and evaluations. Maintain thorough daily documentation with attention to detail. Participate in the 24/7 crisis management rotation. Link clients to other supporting services and resources as needed. Demonstrate sensitivity to the needs of individuals with MH/SA/IDD concerns. Position details, compensation, and benefits This position has flexible hours Monday – Friday, day shift (1st) with afternoon and early evening flexibility as needed for team and client needs up to 20 hours a week.
